Quickset Underlayment is a specially compounded gypsum, dry powder when mixed with water or La-O-Tex Liquid, provides a fast acting, quicksetting, non-shrinking material for patching small areas of uneven floors, walls and other surfaces which must be prepared for vinyl flooring, wood or carpet, for interior use only, above grade.

RAPID PATCH

Rapid Patch Underlayment is a latex modified Portland cement/Gypsum based product that quickly hardens to fill in cracks, low spots, voids, and forms a smooth surface for the installation of resilient floor coverings, carpet or wood. Rapid Patch is for interior use only, above grade applications.

CEMENT PATCHING AND LEVELING COMPOUNDS
PORT-A-PATCH
Sanded or Unsanded
Port-A-Patch is used for rapid patching and leveling on uneven, rough, or unfinished concrete surfaces to prepare for the installation of ceramic tile, dimension stone, wood, carpet or resilient flooring. Port-A-Patch can be applied over exterior grade plywood, interior dry areas only. In addition it can be used in rehabilitation projects where old terrazzo, ceramic tile, and wooden floors must be made ready for new floor coverings. Port-A-Patch can be used as a wearing surface, and is suitable for interior or exterior applications.

FEATHERRITE
Non-Sanded Skim Coat, Grey Only
FeatherRite is a polymer modified, fast curing, sandable, mildew resistant, non-sanded floor smoothing syatem for leveling most interior floor types prior to the installation of resilient, strip wood, carpet, ceramic tile and dimension stone. FeatherRite may also be used for interior applications over properly prepared old cutback adhesive residue as well as water soluble adhesive residue.

LA-O-TEX UNDERLAYMENT SYSTEM

La-O-Tex Underlayment is a self curing, Portland cement based, fine aggregate and liquid latex based floor leveling system designed for fills from feather-edge to a depth of 3/8". La-O-Tex Underlayment will prepare concrete substrates for the installation of resilient floor coverings, carpet, ceramic tile. and dimension stone. La-O-Tex Underlayment can be used as a wearing surface for interior or exterior applications.

LA-O-TEX SPECIAL 3-1 UNDERLAYMENT SYSTEM

LA-O-TEX Special 3-1 Underlayment System is a self curing, Portland cement, specialized aggregate and liquid latex floor leveling system designed for applications from 1/8"-1-1/2" in thickness. It is used for the deep leveling of concrete or other Portland cement-based substrates prior to the installation of resilient floor coverings, carpet, ceramic tile and dimension stone. This product can be used as a wearing surface for interior or exterior applications.

SELF-LEVELING UNDERLAYMENTS
FLOWRITE
Grey Only
FlowRite is a Portland cement based polymer modified, Self-Leveling Underlayment for applications from featheredge to one-inch thick. FlowRite is used anywhere concrete or exterior grade plywood surfaces must be leveled or smoothed before the application of ceramic tile, dimension stone, wood, carpet or resilient floor coverings. FlowRite hardens quickly, and can be walked on in 3-5 hours and can have floor coverings installed within 12-24 hours. FlowRite is for interior applications only, and must be covered by a wearing surface.

LEVEL-CURE

Level-Cure has been designed as an underlayment for the fast leveling and smoothing of floor surfaces with a minimum of labor required. Level-Cure is used anywhere an uneven or rough concrete surface must be prepared to install resilient flooring, ceramic tile, dimension stone, wood, and carpet. Level-Cure can also be used over exterior grade plywood, existing dimension stone, terrazzo, and ceramic tiles following instructions on the data sheet. Level-Cure is for interior use only, and must covered by a wearing surface.

Meets ANSI A118.10
Hydro-Rite is a liquid applied, elastomeric, waterproofing and anti-fracture membrane for all interior or exterior ceramic tile and dimension stone installations. It can also be used under interior wood, vinyl and carpet installations to reduce moisture transmission from the concrete of 12 pounds or less to 3 pounds or less according to the standard Calcium Chloride Test (ASTM F1869-98).

(ANSI A118.12) CRACK ISOLATION MEMBRANES
UNIFLEX
Meets ANSI A118.12
UniFlex is an Elastomeric, Portland Cement based, Crack Isolation Membrane. UniFlex will bond to various substrates including steel, terrazzo, and most ceramic tiles. UniFlex will isolate cracks up to 1/8" from the finished floor material, and can be installed for commercial or residential service, interior or exterior.
