G-PATCH 100 and G-PATCH 100 NS are a specially compounded interior grade, gypsum, dry powder which when mixed with water or Texrite’s Latex Bond Admix 150 liquid provides a fast acting, quick setting, non-shrinking material for patching small areas of uneven floors, walls and other surfaces which must be prepared for a decorative finish or resilient covering. It is available in 2 versions G-PATCH 100 and G-PATCH 100 NS “nonsanded” grades.

Fast-setting waterproofing and crack isolation membrane
Description
HYDRO-RITE FS is water based, liquid applied, elastomeric, waterproofing and crack isolation membrane for interior or exterior tile installations (ceramic, porcelain, glass). It can also be used as a moisture barrier for interior installation of wood, vinyl and carpet flooring. HYDRO-RITE FS when used as a crack isolation membrane reduces crack transmission in ceramic tile or stone floors and allows the installation of tile surfaces to substrates subject to deflection up to 1/240th of the span.

LATEX BOND ADMIX 150 is a blend of latex (SBR – styrene butadiene rubber) emulsions and special chemical modifiers that have been specially formulated for the addition to Texrite’s dry-set mortars, grouts and underlayment systems. This admixture, when used in lieu of water, will significantly improve the bond strength and flexibility of mortar systems. In addition, it will increase a mortar’s internal adhesion, frost resistance, flexural strength and inhibits the penetration of water or other liquids.

Standard grade, large and heavy tile dry-set mortar for floors and walls
Description
TEXRITE LHT is a standard grade, polymer modified, large and heavy tile mortar, pre-blended with powdered latex polymer. It is composed of portland cement, sand and special additives that give it a very smooth and creamy feel when used. It is used as a bond coat for large format tile and stone, for interior and exterior use, over concete and cementitious substrates. It can be used for setting porcelain tile, ceramic tile, natural marble and stone for service in residential and commercial use.
MORTAR BED 500is a blend of Portland cement and graded silica aggregates developed to produce a dense substrate on which to apply ceramic tile or stone. MORTAR BED 500 is a factory controlled, consistent proportioned pre-blended mortar. Simply add water or LATEX BOND ADMIX 150 liquid additive and mix to a smooth, easy to apply 1.25″ –2″ thick mortar bed.

Description
PATCH 125 FS is a polymer modified, fast curing, mildew resistant, portland cement based floor leveling system for leveling most floor types prior to the installation of resilient flooring, carpet, wood flooring, ceramic or stone tile. For most applications PATCH 125 FS requires only the addition of water to develop a dense water resistant surface. This product contains special chemicals which, when properly mixed (with water only), will feather edge to a non-cheking, durable surface.

Description
SCRATCH COAT 150 is a lightweight, portland cement and sand-based browncoat that is specifically designed as a plaster substrate for ceramic tile. SCRATCH COAT 150 may be used with or without metal lath over approved surfaces as outlined in the directions. This materials allows the applicator to do the complete installation in the shortest posible amount of time.

SCREED 750 is a self-curing, portland cement based, specialized aggregate and liquid latex floor leveling system designed for applications from 1/8” thickness to 3” thickness.
